I accepted the theory that all language develop in children just as other biological functions such as walking. What we have to do is to provide them access to the samples of a natural language to activated their innate ability.
So for Ken, he needs samples of English which is rare in his daily life.
And for lucas, things are different.He needs access to the samples of Chinese. |
