You son is really very cute!

wa.... you boy's so cute and smart! 20 words long sentence , I wonder if Lucas can say it when he reaches his 30 months. And speaking bilingual, I havn't teach Lucas English yet. I wanna he can speak Chinese first. But he seems catch English very fast. He understand both language. But everytime i say "苹果“he says "apple", I say "泡泡”he says "bubble" . And one morning he points his train and said "Train". I don't know if i should happy or not. But whatever, I still like to hear those words with his baby tune:)

I accepted the theory that all language develop in children just as other biological functions such as walking. What we have to do is to provide them access to the samples of a natural language to activated their innate ability.

So for Ken, he needs samples of English which is rare in his daily life.
And for lucas, things are different.He needs access to the samples of Chinese.

a funny boy

I'm really happy to see two of my best friends here: weilan and vivian. Last July my whole family came to Zambia and Shirley started her happy and different life in an English spoken country. After finishing two terms studying in an international school, Shirley can communicate and play with any foreigners without helping.
We will come back on July and I hope to see you soon. At that time, Shirley can speak good English to all of her friends.
